hey Pink,
ur macs looks GREAT!! Wish i could bake them like u. I have tried baking many many many times, but all failed. All feetless, matt and "open porse"... so depressing...
I tried using both AY and ur recipe but failed. I think it has got to do with my egg whites beating method and mixing.. bcos all the end results looks alike.
